I'd approach with caution these odds at the bookies.From a speculative point of view the transfer of De Bruyne is stacked heavily towards his signature in coming days with a spread of odds from half a dozen online bookmakers averaging 1/5 for his next club after the window slams shut. Wolfsburg average out at 11/4.

I'm just saying are the bookie odds always a sign that a player is signing/not signing?
