De Bruyne?

Can someone let me know how much of an upgrade de bruyne would be over a healthy Jovetic? If for some reason we can't get de bruyne (and jovetic can stay healthy...), would Jovetic be able to fill our gaps?

The transfer of Kevin De Bruyne (24) this week in momentum and the likelihood that the Red Devil German Wolfsburg leaves, is increasing. PSG and Manchester City pull out all the stops to win the Player of the Year in the Bundesliga. And as things stand today, Manchester City seems to be in pole position. When Vincent Kompany club is a monster six-year contract that will bring him ready for the big earners in the Premier League. City pressed the matter and would love to finish it next weekend.

This looks the most likely out of any other transfers this summer. We do still need to get rid of Dzeko & Jovetic as we are a bit top-heavy for non-homegrown in our squad.

De Bruyne has given the level of the interested clubs and financial conditions that he both PSG and City can get, put his sights on a transfer. And Wolfsburg, which De Bruyne initially did not want to let go, seems to acquiesce in a room. In recent days negotiated the entourage of De Bruyne on this pressure with Klaus Allofs. City of Wolfsburg can get an amount between 70 and 84 million. Christian Benteke, who endured the medical tests at Liverpool and today is presented as a new addition, will be so even the most expensive Belgian of all time. The transfer fee of De Bruyne will certainly exceed 46.5 million.

Hell Yeah ! Looks like green light.

Today with heads turned south towards Turin, I wonder if we could see transport to a hospital and rolled up carpet dispersal on this one?

That anonymous twitter account has been pretty spot on . In any case happy that this transfer is done by the weekend!

yeah he has tbh mate. most twitter accounts get a hammering but he does seem to be on the inside at city and despite a lot of people on here claiming all his info comes from bluemoon he has posted some stuff that was never put on here and seemingly has been true. defo worth watching that account.

Yup, I initially did think too that he was simply copy pasting from here , but all what he has said is spot on....

Some interesting he posted about dzeko. ...don't be suprised with roma dragging...city would even consider bid from the rags who have already enquired!

Man City's renewed push for De Bruyne, great source, talks to start

Last week the Belgian media insisted that Manchester City were about to make a renewed effort to sign Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg. They were quite excited about the prospect and it was stated that Txiki Begiristain was just waiting for the Raheem Sterling deal to be done and the dust to settle before throwing himself head first into a chase for De Bruyne.

That time now looks closer because Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur has revealed Manchester City want to start talks soon. Terreur works for Belgian newspaper HLN, he's their man in England, and he's as reliable as they come. On De Bruyne and Manchester City, Terreur explained 'Man City are pushing for top target Kevin De Bruyne. They want to open negotiations with Wolfsburg. #MCFC look to move into pole position.'

PSG have been interested too, but only if they're unable to sign Angel Di Maria from Manchester United, and Manchester City want to make sure they're out in front in the chase for the Wolfsburg man.

De Bruyne's agent on Tuesday made it clear there had been no offers yet for the player, from Manchester City, PSG, or anyone else. Manchester City want to change that situation and Begiristain will be warming up the telephone in preparation for another huge transfer this summer. De Bruyne was arguably the best player in the Bundesliga last season and it's a surprise that more clubs aren't fighting for him.
