People are quoting some German journo on SSN.are people actually quoting bild as a genuine source or is this aloffs yapping on again?
I see the infestation has arrived again
Must be typing through their salty bitter tears of loss of Pedro
None of us can know what motivates other people's behaviour. But if I own something I want to keep and have a filthy rich buyer desperate to own it I'd string them along until they were right up against the deadline and then take them to the cleaners.
Sort of like what Everton did with The Belgian Bog Brush.
It's fair enough, it's a valid point but I say it's time for people to see the light for good. If you want those feelings of inferiority to go away forever, go to a match at Old Trafford. It's big but it's tired, it's stuck in the past, it's cobbled together and it's unwieldy. It's an analogy for that club. I don't care how many Lou Macaris will tell you that "United are rebuilding" and all that shite, based on little more than sentiment and arrogance. They aren't going to catch us up for a long long time. A generation or more.
They are a badly run club with absentee owners who prefer baseball and with clowns like Woodward at the helm and an aging Dutch lunatic in charge of the current playing staff. Long may it continue..It's fair enough, it's a valid point but I say it's time for people to see the light for good. Although I agree with your assessment of last seasons deficiencies, Pogba does not solve defensive issues in CM. Additionally, you fail to grasp what city is trying to create. Cite Barca front 3 - Neymar, Suarez, Messi. City is essentially trying to duplicate that with 6-7 years of Sterling, Aguero, KDB. Navas is not good enough for Champions League. Sure, he is good enough to help us win the Prem, but he lacks the cutting edge and decisiveness of KDB. It may not pan out the way we would all like it to with Sterling, Aguero, and KDB, but the city hierarchy clearly believes in this. And I personally trust them in arranging a top drawer squad. It takes a certain type of player that can waltz into the premier league and take to it straight away. Aguero did it, so did Silva.
Is kdb an upgrade on Navas and Nasri? Of course he is.
Is he essential to us winning the title?
I don't think so.
Otamendi and Pogba would be far more important to us. They both address last season's deficiencies.
IF, and it's a big if, these reports that wolfsburg keep upping the price, then it's time to leave it. They clearly don't want or need to sell him. I can understand the need to get Pogba because he's a ready made replacement for Toure. We don't NEED kdb. We already have creativity, pace and have no problem scoring goals. It never was the problem.
