They had our very own Trevor Sinclair on last night. And (I've just said this in another thread) Danny Murphy is on sometimes and I think he's a City fan (can tell, he smiles when he talk about us and is pro-City).
If we can't get De Bruyne I can see a deadline day bid for Barkley
Totally relaxed on this deal. The way we're playing shows me that this is a "nice to have" and not a "need to have" deal. If it falls through, that's £50m towards our next deal and, at that sort money, the football world is our oyster. What's more, something in my brain keeps whispering "remember Rodney Marsh". Equally, I have complete faith in our management team so if they think he's worth it and moves us up a level, then all well and good.
No I didn't silly, re read what I said.
We're not shopping at Netto, we're at Selfridges. Big clubs make big calls, if the fee is on the high side, and City feel it is right, it will get done regardless of a few mil.r
I was clearly being facetious about Martin Philips etc but that's the impression you're giving off.
We don't hold the purse strings and this fella will help us succeed in the CL. Maybe this isn't something you want to do?
Bye.
Nothing anymore - they sold him 18 months agoWhoa, what have the Russians got to do with this?
Sorry. I meant the CIA, of course.Whoa, what have the Russians got to do with this?
That could be a good fish you've spotted there....reel him inMight as well say "If we can't get De Bruyne I can see a deadline day bid for Lloris...
hahaha they are getting desperate to be calling on the speznazWhoa, what have the Russians got to do with this?
How did you feel about the Pedro move? And 0-0 against Newcastle wasn't too good either was it?I would walk away. Be hilarious, leaves Wolfsburg with a player that doesn't want to be there and they can sell him to Bayern next season for half the price. I would personally meet atletico's release clause for Greizmann at 57m or offer Dortmund that for Reus.
We aren't desperate for him anyway.
Maureen's comments about KDB sulking unless he is guaranteed a starting position every game is a concern, as he wouldn't be assured of that here.
Can't be arsed with this anymore, it's gone on too long. If he comes I hope he does well, if he doesn't, I won't be that bothered because he doesn't seem to be that bothered about coming to us. Sterling had his head screwed on the right way and made the required effort and you can still see him making the effort now when he throws his match shirt to the fans after each match. I am truly beginning to question KDB's commitment to us if, or when, he signs.I still think Wolfsburg are looking for his replacement and KGB is too nice to start chucking toys about and spitting dummies everywhere. You can see the lad's heart hasn't been in it during recent games.
