IMO very very unlikely. Now not sure if this is connected but just had a phone-call and was told that Alitalia 202, maybe one for the people watchers to pay some attention to tomorrow. contact would not confirm who it was they were indicating would be on it.

I don't think that he's hearing from anyone. I think its an assumption that if Nige goes then we need a DM like De Rossi to come in and City would only let Nige go if DDR looked highly probable.

There are several players we are linked to in DeJong's position but I don't think it has any baring on DeRossi one way or the other.

If we can get him, we will, irrespective of Nige staying or going.
