To be fair, I bet we made enquiries about all of those players. In talks doesn't have to mean with the players.
 
Only problem with De Rossi is that Italians love Italy.

Very few Italians make it outside of Italy,especially in England.Bianchi and Corradi spring to mind.

apples and oranges. They were pretty boy strikers. De Rossi is tough as nails. He's not in the class of Essien but is right below IMO.

how do we know hes not in the market for 4 new defenders ?? just because the press dont mention any doesnt mean we aren't after any !
the reality of it is that the press have not a clue who we are after and its all guesswork at the moment.
 
So he is. All I have been reading for the past month is about attacking players. Guess I got caught up on De Rossi. Let's hope we get him, because poor Dunne is getting owned. I love the guy, but he is responsible for at least 9 goals this season. Though in his defense, only a handful have actually come off of his foot/shin.

would have both these players think they will improve the team de rossi rated as one of the best dm in europe
