De Rossi (continued)

For DDR's agent to be over here must give the club some confidence that there is a reasonable chance of a deal. The agent must have discussed the possibility with DDR who, in turn must have said listen to what they have to say. DDR was quoted as saying he would be interested in playing in the EPL at some point and at 29 he can't really leave it much longer. I really think that we are in with a real chance unless Roma & DDR price themselves out of it or DDR rejects us.

And they are owned by Americans who have adopted the moneyball model.

How much would you say Yaya is worth?

I ask because he is the same age as De Rossi and is as important to us as a team, as De Rossi is to Roma (and that's not taking into account the obvious emotional/personal connection between DDR and Roma)

We got Yaya 2 years ago (when he was younger) and for a more reasonable and lower price than what Roma are asking for.
Was he as pivotal to Barca as he is now for us? No.

Please answer the question

The value of footballers who play at UCL level is always higher than that of those who play for teams that struggle to make it to EUROPA . I can't put a definite price tag on Yaya toure anyway and i believe we shouldn't make the mistake of comparing Yaya to DDR . DDR is great but yaya is on a level beyond greatness.

does this mean all they want is the money?

My question is, if City were to sell Yaya how much do you think/would like him to go for?

Or he's here to talk about Kolorov

Well tempt the fuckers with 40m stuffed in a big ball see how they react to that. Just gone back a page or two seems we can't agree what he is worth. IMO whatever it takes to get him. :-)

Why not report it as, "The agent of Aleksander Kolarov..."

Any chance they're still interested...?
