Means nothing but I read this on the MUEN:

Giallorossi viva, Florente (20/08/2012 at 09:55)

"Daniele Di Rossi partì Leonardo da Vinci di Fiumicino, 0800 in viaggio in Inghilterra Manchester con il suo rappresentante. , boa sorte"

Says he departed on a flight from LDV (Rome)to England with his agent at 8am local
Don´t know if it´s BS

The "Boa Sorte" comment makes me wonder if this is actually a post from an Italian? If you use Google Translate the words do not make sense but Google the phrase and it's "Good Luck" in Italian slang terms........... I'm clutching at straws here but you never know

Ok, we have heard about this press conference but... Has it been said where that will be? He could well be doing a presser but at Carrington with Mancini sat next to him sporting a huge cheesey grin! Just a thought.

Nothing has been mentioned about him been taken off early last night...

That would be either because he is injured or the buying team have asked to protect his against injury..

Why get taken off early in a pre season game when you need to build your fitness ?

For those saying that Roma 'needs to the money' - this couldn't be further from the truth. Granted, we are not given a blank cheque ala City or PSG, but we are owned 33% by the bank Unicredit, who have total assets amounting to more than €900billion. They are more than happy to, and have done in the past, together with the American consortium who own the other 66%, to re-monetise the club by pumping in €20m here and there if it were to raise the value of the club in the long term, since €20m is a drop in the ocean for them. We've also spent over €120m in transfers in the last year, the 3rd highest expenditure in Europe, behind only PSG and Chelsea.

33% owned by an Italian bank and 67% by "moneyball" yanks.

lol.
Aren´t Unicredit one of the Italian banks in serious "scheisse strasse"?

Yes but they already sold their shares to the American investors.

because he played for italy midweek???

AS Roma Italy

Choose transfers during another season:

Transfer revenue: 22.968.000 £ - Transfer expenditures: 78.254.440 £ = -55.286.440 £

im guessing now mathematics isnt your forte, im guessing the banks may want to recruit some cash back

None Roman player played 90 minutes in that game. Not even the goalie.
