are you sure ? i dont think roma would be able to pay this amount , even AC milan and Inter wont be able to pay 170k , but im not sure , either way hes worth it we'll get a worrier in midfield

Italian football is in a bad way atm.
The big guns ie Juve, Milan, Inter and Roma have big problems covering wage bills and are going to fall well short of the FFP regulations at the rate they are going. I would not be at all surprised to see us signing the likes of De Rossi as we are one of the few clubs who would be able to meet his likely demands, that is providing we manage to unload the likes of Ade. This is absolutely pivotal if we are to do anything in this transfer window.

If paper's figures is anywhere true, 23.5mil is an acceptable fee to get De Rossi, although we can probably get it below 20mil..but he would be worth it..
