We had a meeting on Tuesday were I was told the job advertisements was wrong ! And that she brings different qualities to the job !

Honestly she didnt meet one requirement of the job advertisements.

All the other candidates why interviewed to the job advertisement, apart from her which they change to suit her. I would have thought that's was against employment law.

It sounds to me like she is satisfying your manager in, ahem, other ways. If she is as bad as you say it’s the only answer.
