Deal agreed with Bayern Munich for Leroy Sane - €60m (including add-ons)

Hi guys, Is anyone interested in buying a signed Sane shirt? I work for a charity that supports families who have a visually impaired child and the PFA gave us a signed Sane shirt for an auction which never happened so I'm hoping to find a home for it where it will be appreciated. I have a certificate of authenticity and can send anyone interested a photo of the shirt. Cheers from a QPR fan! When it comes to Manchester I'm on the blue side!

Why would he? he hasn't shown he would, hasnt said he wants to leave, he has plenty to play and fight for, and ultimately, it isnt our club holding him or keeping him against his will, it's that shitshow not trying to get him, so it isn't like he has anything to be bitter about.

The way i see it, we value him at 70m, they ars offering 35m. We refuse that, we are down 35m, next year, probably.

We accept it, we are down 35m AND a good player.

Why would we accept it? if we refuse, mayve real madrid come in in Jan and overpay and 'nab' him for 20m just to secure the deal (paud mire than that for Diaz in a similar scenario) Maybe Juve do the same. zin that case we're only down 15m, and had the player for 6 months.

Agree, bayern need to pay ir fuck off, it is in their hands, has been last year too.

He wouldnt be the first player to spend a season sulking with a bad attitude because he didnt get his move. Not saying he will, but there are a lot of question marks over his attitude at both club and country so its a distinct possibility. Best solution for all i think is bayern pay the money for a player they are so desperate for and we move on.

Don't think we will accept £35mill or need to, think we will accept £50mill, if we don't it's £50mill we haven't go to spend on improving the squad, when income is already down.

Go on the Bayern fan site, you may get far more interest and cash.

Sorry Janey, I do not think you will get much interest at the moment given Sane's contract situation. Keep monitoring the situation though as there remains the (unlikely) situation that he will stay and you will get some interest. Maybe you should contact the PFA and ask whether they can get a David Silva signed shirt - that would receive far more interest given his iconic status and the fact that he is leaving at the end of the season.

I feel a bit bad about the situation so have made a small donation to your charity via it's web site.
 
Bayern have openly courted Sane through every outlet they can use, the problem we are in IMO is that they have got him, Sane is saying nothing he's just treading water until he moves. We could push the authorities to check on the "Tapping up" but Sane will still move on and they ain't goint to do Bayern because of something they do to us.

Best price and get rid., but good luck to the lad.

The way Bayern have behaved over this I'd make them wait until the last day of the transfer window.

Perhaps. Maybe id at that point sane actually says he wants to leave. Till then, can stick to whatever we ask.

Bayern still need to get to 50m first.
 
Pre pandemic I would think Bayern would have paid the money but now I think there is a good chance Bayern May just wait it out and sign him on a free. If Bayern’s interest in Havertz is real, there is a good chance Bayern May say get Havertz for 100m now and by saving through getting Sané in a year. Even if Sane’s head is turned elsewhere at least you have secured Havertz in the present.

The best solution for me would be Sane signing a new 6-year deal at City with no buyout clause and then telling bayern and their staff of criminals they can lick his balls in the next press conference.

Yeah, that would be acceptable.

Best solution for Bayern IMHO would be to loan in some winger for 15-20M for one season and then sign a contract with Leroy Sane on 1st January that starts 1st July 2021.

40m+wages is already an insanely high number to get a player some 10 months earlier, let alone 70m. You can get a loan deal much cheaper than that.

Further to that, between now and 1st January, Leroy Sane could prove that he's not the same player he was when he last played, over a year ago, and Bayern may decide that they wouldn't even need him on a free and end up signing the loanee instead.

I know you guys won't like this post, but tell me where I'm wrong if you think from Bayern's perspective.
