And look at this from Bayern's perspective. Here's a club who's record signing prior to Hernandez was £37m. They've been critical of "the oil clubs" and City in particular and our "limitless" wealth destroying football. And people are thinking Bayern will hand over £100m+ of their hard-earned cash to line City's coffers? Not a chance.
The only way this deal was ever going to happen was if we sold Sané on the cheap, which of course Bayern were expecting us to do. Unless we cave in, the deal is dead as a dodo.
