The Sullivan linked journalists saying City are advancing, and press stuff about city preparing a bid coming from West Hams side whilst very few city journos have said anything makes me think this is nowhere near close for city. West Ham using some media tactics to get Arsenal to pay up quickly and it will work.

Think it’s already done and it’s all smoke and mirrors tbh.
 
So we won hundreds of millions from the competitions we won, and are already have great owners, so what are we gonna spend it on if not rice? Gvardiol? Maybe I’m being a bit greedy but I feel like we could make a statement by making a few signings, but then again, we’ll be fine we have pep guardiola.
 
Nothing has happened whatsoever as of yet unless it's directly between city and West Ham. Phones have not been ringing to the player or his agent. I won't get any updates for next few days so watch now as he is at Etihad shirt in hand in the morning lol.
 
Why are people convinced this one is over? What changed? 12/24 hours ago, we seemed destined to get him.

Think our interest is genuine but Rice may be hesitating. We wouldn't make a formal bid without getting assurances from his camp that he wants to play for City. His camp may need 2-3 days to decide what's best for him.

Just has echoes of the Bellingham transfer. It feels like we're being used by WHU to get Arsenal up to £100m plus add-ons.

For such a huge transfer, there's been zip from City, & those claiming inside info say it's all coming from the Hammers.

Dunno mate, something just seems a bit off with it all...
 
All at wet spam would prefer him to come to City rather than Arse.

City can,and will, do any deal that spam want.

Fee, terms,player exchange, loans etc.

We have more collateral that spam might want than arse.

It’s going to be an interesting 72 hours on this one.
