But I’m certain we could do the deal with or without him included
And if rice joins and he stays he is losing out
 
Surely there's a better and cheaper option than Rice out there,and before anybody starts I'm just asking if there's any other names that jump out to us a city fans

Would be fucking hilarious if he does and West Ham win a cup before them which is just as likely as arsenal. Hell wouldn’t even bet against the hammers knocking them out of uefa cup next season ;)

Tonali, Wirtz and Barella should be options now. Sounds like Rice is actually willing to stab west ham fans and stay in London over titles.

He must have big ego then. Pep only want to work with selfless individuals and they become collective stars. Definitely should stay away from Man City if that is what he wants.
 
In the space of 24 hours we've gone from 'Rice only wants Arsenal' to 'Rice still keen on Arsenal, but would find it hard to say no to City and Pep'. I wonder what tomorrow will bring.

If we want him, he's ours.
