Hold off also means Arsenal keeps upping their bids. Win for West HamIf so, they’re holding off for City’s bid or something because that gets accepted 10’days ago.
Why are they holding off or expecting a bid? Surely means City have had some belief Rice is obtainable

Which the west ham outlets saying has been rejected as well mate? It seems Arsenal want to structure it in some weird way over 6 years with the smallest amounts in the first two years and then building up?

Phillips valuation after this season is like 30m and lower.70 million and then throw in the 50 million Philips and it should be a done deal, I would think.
