I think maybe D.Rice would maybe be more money but all of them are unproven from clubs a lot smaller than us.

We signed Walker for 45m when he was, at the time, regarded as one of the best in the world, English, in his prime and from a rival. So I def think the 2 full backs could be signed for 40/45m.

Hopefully Real will take Hazard for less than £100m, that should see fees level out a bit.
