No, I pointed out how 20 posters felt the need to tell us UEFA were shameless for forcing the players to continue despite the fact it was absolute bullshit.

To be fair UEFA have plenty of precedent for people to say they are cunts who don't care about the wellbeing of players. Especially mental wellbeing, hence the glaring lack of action when it comes to racism and homophobia.

I’ve context to this. I played American football and we once had to tell two brothers on the team during the game that their father had died.

both took a minute, came over and insisted they played the rest of the game.

to a man we all played out of our skins with them. Nearly 20 years later and both of them speak of it as the best thing they could have done at the time.

To be fair the more I think about this the presenters will have had a relationship of some sort with Erikson, Lineker and Jenas both having backgrounds with Spurs especially. I think back to my own reaction at the news and I didn't watch it. To then expect them to cut to the studio where for all they know their friend is dying in front of them on live TV with no script to follow. It must have been very traumatic for them. I guess it isn't something that they plan for but I would have thought they could have just cut all coverage of switched to the BBC2 feed instead.
