Derby Post Match

Just seen first half replay. How did we not get two penalties?

I can almost forgive the first by bogbrush on Sergio as I think that Oliver just thought Sergio went down due to a push in the back, but the Yaya one and then Sergio's in second half are ridiculous decisions.

Talking about their chants my favorite is "why don't City f*ck off home"...

..while they're playing West Ham / QPR / Newcastle etc

They're obsessed.

Good result against a poor team. with 12 men (Oliver was criminal).
We still have huge problems in midfield though. For a successful season, YaYa must be pushed forward and relieved of all defensive responsibilities.
As to Pellegrini's substitutions - Unless Milner had a knock then CRIMINAL is the word to use. To take Milner (everyone's MOTM near me except for children) off just gifted the midfield to Utd on a stick.

Redcrap thought the sending off changed the game...the inference was that Utd were on top until the sending off. Souness had to point out that after the initial 15 -20 mins when Utd were inthe game City were now well on top and De Gea had made a couple of saves to keep Utd in the game. Redcrap would not accept this and continued to argue like a spoilt child
...Souness just slapped him down like an irritant fly.

One thing not really commented on. How many front line players are as completely two-footed as Aguero? Consider this and his strike at the Bridge last year.

They are all raving about Oscar's goal yesterday, but if he had a left foot shot, the outside of boot would not have been necessary.

Just remind me.

How many penalties have City ever been awarded against United in the Premier League?

I think it's just the one. Vassell in 06/07 at the end of the game. The ref also gave United a pen in that game too.

rooney is a disgrace to his profession, appealing for anything and everything no matter how far fetched,
harrassing the ref to card opposition players, i cant imagine players from other teams wanting to socialise with this slug,
and did anybody else see him go down 5 seconds after getting caught , deserved carding himself for that alone the maggot !

not true him and Joe Hart are big big buddies

During the commentary shortly after Smalling had been sent off; Tyler listed the Utd players that had been sent off in Derby matches.

Macari, Alan Smith, Johnny Evans, The Ginger bastard, Ronaldo (twice).

I can only think of Vinny in the cup tie for us - there must have been a couple of others ?
