The Rags have a blue coaching their youngsters in Colin Little.

No one can deny Colin is a blue but if you read the interview with him in the Evening News the other week, he certainly can't be accused by united fans of disrespecting their club.

Had a Twitter convo with him a year or so back. First said he was a red, then came back a day later and said that he made a mistake and he's a blue, then when I asked him again said that he supports both equally. That tells me hat he's a red who wants to be seen as a blue because he's at City. His dad is a rag too.

Fair play to Colin he is a professional unlike our coaches. I think our two were brought in by either our head of Academy or Andy Welsh.

Disagree, this isn't about being employed by a club you don't support, it's about publicly mocking your employer and colleagues, you can't just say whatever you want if you want to continue to be on the payroll.

If an apprentice at my work started taking the piss out of the MD and the company (Not MC and the Kompany!) on twitter after they had lost a contract, he would be fucked off - And rightly so.
