unless i was watching a different game until they scored i thought we more than held our own and looked the most likely to score.all in all i didnt think we played that bad last night and had we have scored first it would have been a completley different game.this is why i wouldnt give up hope just yet ,if we score within the first 15-20mins i honestley think we will go through.never give up hope after all we are city.

No he is being realistic. We need to win 3-0, 4-1, 5-2 etc These scorelines are hard to achieve. Kyiv are no Notts County, we will have to put in the performance of our season. I am optimistic it can be done but lets not kid ourselves. We are thoroughly up against it, and the way we have been playing of late doesn't suggest we will do it. However we are still in it but as I said earlier in the thread, there is no point dressing up a performance like last night, or the recent Fulham and Wigan games as anything other than the crap they were. We play like that and we will go out.

I though Dzeko played well last night, him and Lescott sort of ran the show i thought, with Micah piping in often.

This proved to be an unwinning way of playing... away from home.

As our home form is superb, you have to be positive that Mancini can put out a side that can score 2 at home in 90 minutes.. but after that who knows?

I say get Craig Bellamy back and put him with his old mate Tevez :)

Villa and the cup apart, the last game i felt ALL contributed and we played well, was the 3-0 defeat to arsenal, when dedryk got sent off at the start.

Mate, i won't shoot anyone who doesn't go, it's just that match of the day can distort things, and quite often does.
