no it isn't at all and yet again someone is failing to come up with a proper answer.
Those in the cup direct scheme are being rewarded for attending every cup game which is spot on.
Those not in the cup direct scheme yet have been to every cup game has as much chance of getting a ticket as someone who hasn't been to any cup games.
Put it this way.
I have 2800 points, the guy who sits next to me has 3500 points.
I have been to every cup game this season, he has been to none.
He will get a ticket before me, yet the guy who sits to the left of me will get to que jump ahead of both of us because he signed up at the start of the season. He hasn't been to more or less cup games than me, he hasn't spent more or less money than me. So please, please can somebody come back with a proper answer and proper explanation on why he is getting better treatment than me?
Just because i didn't sign up for the cup direct scheme i am being left to scramble for tickets with those who couldn't be arsed to attend any game. How is that right?
I think its a pretty conclusive answer.
You buy a ST, you pledge money up front, you get first digs at your seat for next season's game and get extra perks such as first dibs at away league matches.
So a ST card holder with 1k points gets to que jump a CC holder with 5k points to get an away ticket.
So, you buy into the Cup Scheme (basically a Cup ST), you pledge your money up front, the club have decided just as you guarantee yourself a league seat with a ST, you guarantee yourself a Cup seat (should you wish to pay again) throughout the run.
If you'd had made the point that the communication of this wasn't there at the beginning of the season, you'd have a point. That bit is very much questionable. However i think thats a pretty decent answer, whether you agree with it or not.
I bet you're all for ST holders getting priority over CC holders regardless of loyalty points?
