Have City ever truly been managed by a ****? I'm thinking Alan Pardew level.

What about Hughes?

He kept his dignity. Mancini has since been making comments whilst Hughes took another job. He's done well at Stoke and they're set for a higher finish than Pulis ever gave them.

Are you joking?

Hughes never shut up about us after he left!

It's true, you do get a well done on players post match threads.

but you don't really like him do you? sort of can tell.

the main thing regardless of what happens between now and Sunday is we make further steps forward as a club. on and off the pitch. that's where pelli can really score, he is a calm and sensible fella. I love the fact he gives the press nowhere to go with their bile, no training ground fights etc.
on the pitch he will have learnt loads. add cover for vinny and with a season behind him we will win the title next year if not this. of course this time should we succeed in the title race the club simply have to back the manager totally, the neglect shown to mancini's title winning side was criminal. hopefully, like pellers, the club too have learnt something.

I wouldn't call him pellers if i didn't like him and i wouldn't even bother coming in here to say well done if i didn't think he deserved it

Is this I was right/you were wrong shit still going on in this thread?

FFS.

If a dig wasn't made there would be no need for a response
Let's hope we can all start next season with a clean slate and cut out the bickering
