Big big call to drop Joe Hart. Right or wrong, he's putting his head on the block.

I'm disappointed by it if I'm honest. IMO dropping him will open a can of worms.

Pellegrini has a huge decision to make tomorrow regarding Hart.
Let's see if he has the balls to drop him which he should and prove he can make the right decisions at the right time.

Without getting into the inner/outer swamp of discussion - is it true that Mancini's public criticism of Hart after Real was a catalyst for disharmony in the dressing room? Curious to know.

Hearsay and rumour mate but Hart along with a few others were certainly some of the players who wanted Mancini gone. Did they not approach the board stating it was him or us?? I don't know but what's done is done.My only issue with that is that the players had to much power.Anyway, still hoping to see Pantillimon tomorrow inbetween the sticks.

Ah, the 'head in the sand' approach. That should work, until his next match losing clanger...

Its a no win Billy.

He'd have been criticised for being weak, and praised by others for keeping faith, had he gone with Hart.

Even now, like you say,he may well be opening himself up to unrest.I only hope Pants has a blinder......

Don't be a dick. You're not very good at it.

He's next in the parasites' firing line...

Personally I would have kept faith with Joe but I think it is difficult to argue that Pantillimon doesn't deserve a crack at it. I'd be surprised if most people, including the rest of the squad, don't understand Pellegrini's point of view. My main worry is how this will affect Joe in the future. I suspect it could signal the end for him at City which I would find terribly sad. You never know though, Pellegrini is supposed to be a good man manager so maybe it can be the catalyst for Joe turning things round.

It's not a call I would have wanted to make one way or the other. Hopefully the one thing it'll do is get Joe focussed on getting back to his best.

I don't go along with the idea it's a brave call by Pellegrini. The brave call would've been backing him.
