This is my fear. I don't think it's a done deal, and he's a wanted man. The project might look tainted if it's not in the Champions League
Well you should allay your fears. City would not be touring him as the next manager to potential signings if it wasn't going to happen.

As injuries and form stand...

ZABBA......SAGNA......OTAMENDI........KOLAROV
................FERNANDINHO...DELPH.....
NAVAS.............SILVA/KDB..............STERLING
...................AGUERO.................
^This. Hope Manuel reads this and gets some knowledge . I can only hope we will see a team like this in the field. fernandinho/delph working continuously in defensive midfield while sterling and navas clearing path for Silva/KDB to create numerous chances. Then Kun scoring them.

Correct. I very much doubt Pellegrini would drop Yaya and one of Silva/De Bruyne as he seems wary of upsetting them all. Yet he'll play all three together and make us a liability with no pressing and very little movement.. But we'll retain possession with slow, sideways passing.

Navas takes a lot of flak but he and Sterling are the better choices out wide to make us more balanced. Now correct me if I'm wrong but didn't both of them play in those first 5 games of the season?

Marvin - just how many times does he have to see it before the penny drops?
If he hasn't seen it by now - and the evidence suggests he hasn't then he is not going to see it or he simply chooses to continue to ignore it.

If this is true there is a problem within the quality management of this club. Controlling mechanisms do not work correctly. If a Bayern manager would make obviously strange decisions - and I am no Bayern fan at all - sports director Sammer would stand on the managers' feet a minute before. They smell the problems before they appear and that is why they are that successfull. And they directly address those problems. It's a matter of management.

But we don't have other wingers sharing the workload. Biggest problem for me. KDB or SIlva out wide are a waste. They need to play in the centre.
It's so obvious. Even Nasri is no winger. That's why we hear rumours about Sane or Bale.

Pellers must be brought to reality by someone in the club. Yaya has changed over the years. No surprise per se, just a fact. Open your eyes.

shame that so many will be glad to see the back of him and many, in seasons to come, will look back with very little sympathy/fondness despite him bringing trophies and some of the best footy ever played by MCFC

Why is Yaya so slow etc he is not that old and not sure we can replace him till Summer and not sure we have better options till then

Navas 1 goal 5 assists this season
KDB 11 goals 14 assists
Fernandinho 3 goals 2 assists
Sterling 9 goals 6 assists

So you think his stats warrant more starts?

Like i say-no end product

This might be a bit mis-leading. How many minutes has Navas played compared to the others. I bet the assists to minutes ration would be a lot closer?
