Problem is short term who do we bring in?.
The injuries list is unbelievable and the fact is we cannot cope if we have 2 or 3 players out.
We not even make the top 4.

Have to stick with pellers to end of season and get a proper plan in place.
Still capable of winning a few trophies this season but that will be down to the quality of players we have and not organisation or tactics.
Think when he does go the deciding factor will be that with him we are weaker than the sum of our parts and that's a damning criticism of his reign.

Reluctantly starting to wonder if he needs to go. Hate feeling this way as i like the guy. Given someone of Ancelotti's pedigree is available right now, i think if Pellegrini stays its a massive indicator that Guardiola is coming.

Injuries have definitely hurt us this season but there's still something else not quite right.
