Absolutely spot-on they didn't like Mancini because he made them work on the training ground going over and over routine it's clear that Pelligrini is not working them especially the defence
You think so? While I'm not privy to what went on during the Mancini saga I don't think the problem was what Mancini made them do rather it was how he made them feel. Sure he was the boss and they are professionals but they are also human and grown men, people can't deal with assholes on a daily basis everyone has a boiling point.

Cast your mind back to when Fergie was going to retire early and step down as United Manager.

The team went to pieces that season,if I remember correctly.

Regardless of how professional people are, knowing your Manager is going at the end of the season, and a replacement is already in place, has a negative and destabilizing effect on the players, the team, and the coaching staff.

If you need any proof of that, the sacking of Macini before the FA Cup final is a prime example.

Perhaps if you used more appropriate terms, then you might get some slack but "fucking Poison", come on

I explained why (in my opinion, of course) the term 'poison' was appropriate earlier.

I stand by it as a metaphor. Perhaps I shouldn't have posted in such a fervent manner, but I think as a metaphor it makes perfect sense.

Alcohol is a poison, after all, and at the moment, he's managing us like he's pissed ;)

Pertinent points well made.

Changes are afoot that will affect everyone.

Come on mate open your eyes, Leicester average more a game so what's your point, we have the 7th best defence in the league and its down to this fucking manager.

All this shit about Ferrans philosophy, there are another 7-8 teams in this league who play attacking football , he hasn't invented the fucking wheel.

No tactics. No passion. No thanks.

What would we achieve right now?

This would cause nothing but instability within the club right now with players including back room staff from top to bottom.

Wether or not I agree with yes it's frustrating but sacking a manager right now is not the answer in my opinion.

24hrs ago we were top of the league & we need stability to make sure we qualify for champs league football & we have a semi final to contend.

Wait until the end of the season then make changes and fro reeading other posts it looks like pep could really be happening.

Klopp, Mourinho, Van Gaal or Pochettino would have our team walking this & wrapped up for Easter and those are managers in the PL, yes we lost under Mancini but never got the shoe ins we've had under Pellegrini and always looked like scoring, never looked threating against Stoke, yes is a difficult place but again Manuel's disregard of the opposition and his tactical naivety has once again cost us. The league is there for someone to take and luckily for us, the failings of our rivals could hand it to us again. The inept performances are similar to the ones towards the end of the Mancini reign, the players look like they don't want to play for this guy and know he is going

Add Ranieri to that list.
