Will be if we don't get top four pal. Not saying we won't but why hang on to him?City need to start prioritising the football and not the brand. That's about the only lesson worth taking from today's match.
As far as I see it, Pellegrini will be gone and the end of the season so it's not worth getting worked up about.

The last two seasons have seen Pellegrini stick rigidly to 442 and shoe horn players in to the system no matter how unsuitable.
When the appropriate players are fit and on form, great, we steam role teams. When they're not, and unsuitable players get shoe horned in, we looked diabolical.
He's clearly been instructed to move to 433 this season to make the transition easier for when Pep arrives.
Today looked like he'd carried on the same stubborness, just in a different shape. Evans, Silva and Nasri as a midfield 3. Did anyone expect anything other than going 4-0 down?
Similar story this season for me, if we can keep everyone fit and on form, we'll be superb. If he plays Evans Silva and Nasri in central midfield, and plays Navas who loves hugging the touchline, we'll be shite. It's pretty simple for me.
If we need to make adjustments, tweaks to suit the players available and adapt to what the opposition are doing, forget it, this manager just doesn't have it in his locker.
Good grief you have got it real badIt's a friendly but the truth is that it's been shambolic since Txiki and Ferran have arrived. Yes you could say FFP hampered us and you'd be right. But look at the amateurish transfer dealings, under Mancini our entire defence improved. Our player's in a number of case's have regressed. Now there's a strong chance we will have a season with Pellegrini being undermind by the Pep 's shadow. I cannot understand why either are still in a job. Glick and others have been the reason for increased revenue and Khaldoon has been dragged into virtually every contract negioation and transfer!
The question is ST is who are the three. The front three should be Silva, Kun and Raheem. Spain never, ever play David in a midfield three.
But who are the three. Presumambly Yaya is one.

Go along with this, but that's not the problem it's the shambles at the back that needs sorting,on today's first half some defenders looked like they had never played the game before....Tbf, it looked like the line up was 4-2-3-1 with Nasri and Evans as the CMs. It simply did not work and Nasri barely got into the match. However, with our lack of options I don't blame MP for trying it out.
Our strongest lineup would be Delph, Dinho and Yaya in the middle with a front three of Kun, Silva and Sterling. We would have plenty of energy and grit in the midfield. Something which we severely lacked today.
What enjoy seeing a manager hang himself .I am looking at this season as Pellegrini's swan song and I am sitting back and going to enjoy the ride.
