Discussion: Potential Pellegrini Replacements {merged}

Would you wait for Pep to see out his Bayern contract and risk keeping Pellegrini for another season? I'd honestly think to just go for Klopp if that happened.

Klopp first choice for me.
Then either Ancelotti or Guardiola (not bothered which).

All have to be this summer. Fuck waiting 12 months for Guardiola - that would be ridiculous.

I honestly don't get why people are talking about Ancelotti being short term as if he hasn't done the longest stint at a club of all 3.

Whereas Pep managed only 4 years before needing a year off but he's seen as a man to build a dynasty.

You could argue Ancelotti was responsible for bringing through the last team of exceptional players before Pep (and you could argue Klopp the next)

We might not have to.

My bet is him calling it a day at Bayern if Porto knock them out next week.

@RmadridInfo: Ancelotti: "To be clear they have not called me from Manchester City and I've a contract but at last in football world anything can happen."

Dont want Ancelotti .... Seems to similiar to Pellgrini ... Simeone all day long!!

... I think we should have sacked Pellegrini after the United game ..... something's rotten and Pellegrini looks clueless, is he the only person in the world that cannot see that Yaya is NOT up to it defensively???? I would have brought Patrick Vieira in till end of the season, I'm sure he wouldn't take any sh*t , would have the respect of the squad and not put up with half hearted lazy b*stards on the pitch....

Just seems like an other yes man to me ... to be fair I'm only looking from afar but don't think he'd ruffle Mourinho's feathers ... we need a shake up now anyway, some arses in the squad need kicking and others need to be shown the door....
