Good post mate, Klopp all day for me too, although I wouldn't be pissed at ending up with either Pep or Carlo as I think they are both significant upgrades on Bob and Manuel.

Just going back to what I said about Pep - my personal opinion is he doesn't have the balls to take the City job this summer because of the work that would need to be done and because the side isn't ready made for him. That process of waiting a year and buying players for Pep is less appealing with each passing minute.

The flipside though is that for all my reservations about Pep, if he took the job this summer, I would be delighted and I would change my opinion of him slightly because it'd show that he has some serious stones and wants the challenge.

There's so many things in play right now the permutations are frightening in the best possible way.

That's the nail on head for me, right there.

Has he got the cojones?

The plus side is that the financial shackles are off so he'd be able to get us to go big.

Nice position though to be debating Klopp or Pep, with Carlo in the wings.

:-)

He's just told the German media "of course i'll be here next season".

Guardiola holds his presser right now.

Is it though. His first year hear we saw City playing sublime football with a team that was willing to adapt to his idealism of the way the game should be played. Not many were moaning then.

This season has seen a drop off in performance levels from too many players to think its all down to the manager. Some are now effectively looking for the exit door.

Giving Pellers another shot with fresh players who are willing to work cohesively again, might result in additional silverware.

Time will tell.

How many fresh players though? Even with a cull of the current squad do we still think MP will inspire the few players we keep for next season?

I think the team has lost confidence with him.

Managers have to be moved on sometimes, time to let him go.

To be fair, not going to say anything other than that at this stage, is he?

If we dont go taters deep for Klopp now we must be mad.

Pep cant really be serious about managing us if the latest is true.

No. If we don't got for Klopp we will be getting Pep. No way would he say no he's not staying

Absolutely. Just wanted to stick his quote up here because I guess it's sort of relevant.

So many cards in play it's untrue.
