£163 a month I now pay towards Sky & BT I really need to look at decent alternatives. Tried the Skybox F5 but the buffering was annoying the hell out of me and I couldn't find a decent CCCAM server.

Finally got round to ditching sky this week, was paying £60 and that didn't include boxsets or movies, ridiculous really.
They tried to persuade me to stay by offering the same package for £49, told them where to go, when I said that if they could do the whole lot for £35 I'd say, the fella on the phone just basically laughed and said there was no chance.
I just politely said that in that case, they will lose a long-term customer and it's not a very good business model to have.
I have a friend installs Sky systems so hoping he can come up with a friends and family code soon, he gets them once or twice a year, makes it very affordable.
In the meantime I will read up on the different options available, if anyone can message me via PM an idiots guide to them it would be appreciated !

I know I will get stick for still be being a subscriber, but am a technophobe and the Kodi stuff is beyond me.
Sky have sent out an email advertising 3 months half price mutv subscription.

Cancelled sky last month, still viewing it as its not been deleted yet, but I bought an android box as well as the one I already had for the last year, one for the lads room one for mine then downloaded bluemoonwizard superb, then upgraded to 3 also purchased a 4K fire tv box for the living room it's the dogs BOLLOX, only problem is now I'm set up I upgraded my internet Bt line with the latest super fast modem, my line as got problem today so now I'm waiting for them to trace and fix, must admit since I upgraded it was super fast and had no problems with any of the boxes.
