Chocolate and a chips are ok in moderation.I'm not talking about going to the gym five times a week :)
Just simple things like not smoking, not eating crap, going for a nice brisk walk a couple of times a day etc.
I'm addicted to Chocolate and I love a good meat and potato, chips, peas and gravy in a chippy.
However, I have had enough, as from today it stops,
(I've been saying that for the last three years lol!)
Any tips?
I have a nice treadmill and exercise bike, I'll have to take the dust sheets off.
Oh I have. Very nice. But I won't be eating a tuna omelette. You never had a salmon benny?
I eat pretty much pure meat. No bread, pasta, rice, carbs generally. I have lettuce, spinach, leeks, peas with my meat.I'm not talking about going to the gym five times a week :)

Suprised a few saying they’ve completely given up on sugar - do you mean just chocolate/sweets ? As there is lots of sugar in most Breads, Milk, Cereal, Yogurts, Sauces & dressings prob loads more.
Yeah, fish pie 'n fish sandwich are another couple of filthy concoctions,Fish omelette? Dirty bastard
Yeah I was a kick boxer....now I'm fuckedWhen I reffed I would ref 3/4 games a week and do 2 hours at the gym every day I didn't have a game. Had to pass a fitness test once a year, no problem. Whilst I was still involved I used to have regular health and eyesight checks and always was fine. Don't drink or smoke but my eating habits leave a lot to be desired.
Then about 8 years ago tore the meniscus in my right knee. After I had the operation the physio came in and did his checks and said everything was fine. As I was getting changed a nurse came in and told me I wasn't going anywhere. Whilst I had been out my blood pressure and heart rate had gone through the roof.
Since that operation I have suffered from high blood pressure and high cholesterol, neither of which I had before. Also about a month later diagnosed diabetic.
Makes me wonder why I ever bothered keeping fit all those years.
Yes currently waiting for a 2nd knee replacement and if 1 of my kidneys is deadYeah I was a kick boxer....now I'm fucked
