Of course it isnt, its a changing of the bodies cells. That is not tinfoil covered enough for youtubers though. Medical science, physiology and fact? No, there must be more to it!
Cancer is called cancer because it means crab, from hipocrates and galens description of breast cancer cell spread.
but since the 15th century it has been a strong belief cancer is a brought on by a chemical and biological reaction to outside agents, such as tobacco, soot, alcohol, uv rays, and more recently radiation, asbestos etc.
It's is true in some cases man has created cancer growth through our own industrialisation and lifestyle choices, but it has always been around, skin cancer for example in nearly 3 qtr of cases in non deadly so unreported historically, and many old medical text would refer to cancer as 'an illness' only recently has this stigma gone.
