Do you think we should support the top 6 plan to receive a higher share of PL income?

What do we think?

It’d benefit City financially but it might take the shine off our achievements if the Premier League becomes a joke league if the big 6 becomes even more of a cartel. I don’t think it’s something we should support, personally.
Definitely not

Replace the old Sky 4 with the new Sky 6.

We're now part of it. Even though they all conspired against us via PL FFP.(letter)

Do you know which club, and which club owner in particular is driving this new money grab?

The fans of his club attacked the City coach.

No, it doesn't sit well with me at all.

However, I believe our club will push for it and I can understand why from a business perspective.

No, we're rich enough and can dick the league on our own back/merit. Plus I want teams like Palace, Huddersfield etc to be taking points of Liverpool and United so I don't want them to be hamstrung by tiny transfer budgets.

Looks like it a slight increase in the way revenue will be distributed from 2019/20 season onwards. Disappointing to see the financial gap getting bigger still.

It depends whether you want City and the Premier League top clubs to compete with Barcelona and Real Madrid at the expense of domestic competition.

I think most fans want and enjoy domestic competition. SPL and La Liga are in danger of becoming boring. Indeed the Champions League is to an extent boring in its early stages as Seed 1 should always qualify.

Opposition fans are right when they say City bought the league. Of course we did. Just as other team have before. But do we want it so concentrated and elitist that there is no sporting content left?

I think we all know the game will slowly evolve with the Champions League growing at the expense of domestic leagues. Whether it happens organically or by a split at some point who can say.

How is this any different to Champions league awarding more money for history.
Are you serious?

It’s the exact opposite. It’s rewarding a finishing position just as the domestic TV monies do. It’s a meritocracy as opposed to ‘historic’ placing.
