Think they have already said no retrospective action as this would be to treat him differently to others.I suppose if they think there is a case worthy of going to the cps we'll just have to wait for the courts to decide - unless of course the police think it's an unbelievably petty media witch hunt and decide not to prosecute?
Oh well, looks like that's the end of it then. Looks like it's his father in laws racist horse that is the big news...Think they have already said no retrospective action as this would be to treat him differently to others.
Didnt know. Good for her.Our MP Bruce has roundly condemned Cummings.

Can't see Cummings having any choice other than resignation if this is true. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a relative by marriage that.It is stories like this that throw light on the nature of these people. If Cummings had stayed at home we would not have know that his farther in law road his racist themed horse from one side of the country to the other with his secretary in tow taking down notes and his butler following him in a range rover with a picnic basket and camping equipment.

Either way, it seems that Cummings enemies are left clutching straws like worzel gummidge giving himself a two handed wank. The father in law story shows this.again - wrong. Its not for the Police to decide something is not worth prosecuting for whatever reason - that decision would be taken by the CPS on viewing the file of evidence. If the CPS decide to take the case forward then the courts decide on the outcome.
From what I have seen the Police are saying that whilst he broke lock down he didn't infringe social distancing rules so had he been stopped by a Police officer he would have been told to go home ( not sure which one ) - however had he refused, stopped on the way ( like he did ) or broke social distancing rules things would be different. I expect that given the flaky statement he gave and the fact that the witness hasn't appeared on camera so probably doesn't want his identity known that they came to the verdict they did to prevent further embarrassment.
