Dominic Cummings

That'll be the trip that last Friday Cummings and number 10 were saying was a fabrication?
I think it was reported that a trip after April 14 back to Durham was fabricated not the trip to Bernard Castle. Some papers stated that he had made two, possibly three, trips to Durham which wasn't the case

You're doing that thing again where you assume you are correct. He might be lying, but can't really prove that. The Barnard Castle trip is clearly bollocks and I think if the media had concentrated on that rather than fall into the tarpit of arguing about the Durham trio/childcare he might have been out of a job by now. Blinded by hate.
Spot on the only thing they could get him on was the Barnard Castle bit I expect the papers had that prior to going public on the trip as they had sat on the story for 3 weeks.

Tory Keunessberg doing her paymasters work as instructed - thankfully someone with a legal mind corrects her as not all laws are open to interpretation

That seems overly picky, and throwing mud at LK for something she hasn't written (the webpage isn't under a name).

As the BBC page stands, LK has basically quoted from the webpage first sentence and headline, with might in inverted commas to distinguish that it was not certain.

I'm not sure there's a lot of difference between
"might have broken lockdown rules by driving to Barnard Castle"
and
"might have warranted a police intervention" (a webpage quote)
and
"“concluded that there might have been a minor breach of the regulations that would have warranted police intervention." (what the report says)

If it didn't break the rules, it wouldn't have warranted intervention.
