I’ve never really considered SPADs as politicians personally, but maybe I’m wrong on that.

Why would binning off Cummings help with Biden? It's Johnson he can't stand, not the gremlin in the background
Johnson pissed Biden off in a column he wrote long before he met Cummings so I'd agree its Johnson that will cause the acid reflux for Biden and ensure they will never have a close relationship.

I see it as way for Johnson to soften brexit which is what Biden wants. A show is made of getting rid of the architect of brexit so Johnson can claim he was poorly advised thus appeasing Biden.Why would binning off Cummings help with Biden?
