Let's not also forget the 4th in Rex Tillerson, given the Russian medal of honour and chief negotiator as head of Exxon Mobil's on the oil deal with Russia which led to the Ukraine invasion and subsequent sanctions - he couldn't possibly have been appointed because he wants the sanctions lifted could he???
