I think it definitely shows how the US system is broken, which will be accentuated by the tediously predictable forthcoming political judgments of SCOTUS.

The logic of making a constitution extremely difficult to change is understandable but no-one in the late 18th century could have possibly conceived of the medical, societal and technological advances that there would be in the following two and a half centuries.

It simply isn’t for for purpose anymore: these two candidates and the recent legislative inertia both wholly supporting that contention.

Agree. The dogmatic approach to something that doesnt lend itself to the modern world, and the innate allegiance to outdated principles, is restricting them as a nation. All considered, it is a very odd place

Agree. Biden looks increasingly fragile and cognitively frail.
