There was always the possibility that he would take his criminal trials more seriously than his civil trials. This seems to suggest its going to go the same way.
There will be a jury in each criminal case so that adds an element of unknown. But his civil defence was woeful. He's not really defending himself he's just treating the process with contempt and acting like there are no consequences so he just wants the defence to repeat his childish arguments.
I don’t know how they are going to select and protect the jury on this one. They’re going to have to put them all into a witness protection program afterwards.
