Hi, there are three close Subway stations (around 5-10 Minute walk) from the ground which take you to the main station, the ride takes another 5-10 minutes, so you should be within half an hour back at the main station. Just take it easy when the game is over, if you take the 23.53 you have plenty of time. Also buy some food and drinks because the ride back will take over an hour and you can rest a little bit. You don't need another train ticket for this one because you are within the 3 hours before and after the game range and also it is a normal train and not the fast ICE.

Ab Hauptbahnhof entweder mit Regional-Zügen zum Bahnhof Westfalenhalle bzw. künftig SIGNAL IDUNA PARK (eine Station, von dort drei Minuten Fußweg) oder mit der U-Bahn bis Westfalenhalle/Stadion.
Translation: From the main station you can take the regional trains to the station Westfalenhalle or you can go via sub to the Westfalenhallen/stadium
