Elkie Brooks was originally in Vinegar Joe with Robert Palmer.

Did anyone else see Doves at Castlefield on NYE or at The Ritz on a Sunday night? Circa 2000 / 2001. I remember buying a Doves t-shirt.

I loved Delphic's first album. Unfortunately the second one was a little bit average.

Delphic were good live. Heard their music at recent rounds of international football. Shame they didn't carry on. I'm sure Heavenly Records have good enough producers to end average music

On 6 music now they are playing the majestic The Last Broadcast in full. Seen the band many times and had some great nights. Let's hope they can get some new stuff going soon

You would have gotten today's album easily on the Album Review thread. That, I have no doubt. Very hopeful as Jez notes in the interview above that they are back to both new material and perhaps a tour soon!
