After the " my Life is in bits" thread it's nice to see you back in the saddle but in future we may start charging you for advice LT.
Both these have worked in the past.
I was in a similar position but I was blessed with a close Female friend who was up for anything! Cue me and physcho cosied up for the evening when by pre arrangement Vicky; my friend lets herself into the House using the spare key and marches straight into the Living Room.
