Dunne..Going

I'd prefer Nesta as he's younger at 32 but Cannavaro could certainly teach Richards a few things about defending properly, player-coach position possibly?

We had this in the summer when he was going to Spurs or Portsmouth, then he changed his mind at the last minute.

QUICK, SOMEONE HAND HIM THE CONTRACT NOW!!!!!

Thanks for the memories Dunney

That is of course if this is true? The OP said "dont ask" but I'd quite like to know where its come from?!

Cannavaro is what I heard from a Journo on Marca today and Dunne to the the spuds....NOT nailed on but am assured it's true....if wrong....which I doubt sorry

I posted info about Cannavaro in another thread, http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=98948 which I read on football365.com. I know he's 35 but if we signed him in January, even if he played to the end of the season, I think he would do a good job.

I hope for his sake as much as ours that this is true. He isnt performing for us anymore and a fresh start maybe what he needs. After all he has done for us I would hate it if he continues to fester with below par performances which will lead to him receiving the abuse some of our fans are all too happy to dish out. he deserves a liitle more respect than that.

i don't like the all this slagging dunne off he has been a great servant for us so maybe it is best for him to go before this gets worse because he isnt the player he was for us now but he has still had some great games this season like arsenal
although i do agree that we do now need a replacement please dont be booing him or nothing like that because i have heard it from some people

I can see him going, a sad end to a really solid City career, but both him and Richards have looked dreadful this year and Richards has youth on his side(although it wouldn't shock me for 2 CB to come in and Richards to fill the TBH role).
