Dzeko looked like Samaras yesterday

I know this post will probably upset a few but this is just how I see it, I really really hope I am wrong for City's sake.

I think I can safely say that I have seen enough of him to suggest that he is going to be a top quality player for us. The role he is being asked of at the moment is not what he is used to and not what I would imagine his natural role would be. I think he needs to be kept up top with a forward supporting him rather than coming deep and out wide so much. I get the impression that the OP's judgement may be being slightly swayed by his prediction that he would be another Samaras and the fact he would secretly like to be proved right!

We had 20 mins to go and were losing to Notts County, we didnt look like scoring and Bobby swaps the left backs...????

Why didnt he bring on Tevez or Nigel? Surley when your 1 nil down in a knock comp like that you would bring on your big guns??? Very odd tactics

Whilst I am regularly puzzled by Mancini's tactical decisions, and particularly subs, in that instance he was trying to introduce Kolorov's delivery to the frame.

It was his decision to start without Silva which puzzled me.

I think because Tevez was injured. I may have misheard that.

Wasnt on the bench due to a 'back problem'.......therefore wasnt an option.
 
Also that team wasnt even our 2nd string either.....

We were only missing Nigel, Carlos & Vincent - The rest of it was pretty much City all in....

Oh dear....if 3 players turn us from shite to alright then we might have a wanky squad thinks I
