Dzeko or No Dzeko for Derby?

Why change much after a winning performance with Tevez as the lone striker, with support from others? Especially as we are away at the Swamp?

I think Mancini will restore Nigel (fitness permitting) but the rest is pretty much as was. Maybe Richards back to replace Boateng at Full Back?

Dzeko and Balotelli on the bench as our Striker options on the bench if we need to change it.

no way, right now we play better with Tevez as lone striker, and not forgetting that Dzeko is not much good. That's the harsh reality.

There's no way Mancini will start him in this match. It'll be Kolarov, Silva and Yaya behind Tevez. 2 holders, Barry and hopefully a fit De Jong.

What exactly are you basing that opinion on? surely not the 2 or 3 appearances he's made for us after a winter break in Germany,in which,imo,he's performed as well as could be expected given the fact he is playing in a new system alongside players he has never met before.....

With good reason,and evidence,Dzeko is one of the best strikers in Europe and was one of the most sought after,he will be a fantastic player for us.

Reality?? i think you need a check......
 
He is undoubtedly brilliant and based on his goalscoring form in germany he is overdue to score again with us. The key is whether Mancini is going to give us the width to have Kolarov or Micah zinging in crosses, particularly if wio is really injured. Vidic is also out of sorts and I reckon Dzeko could be dangerous. Not sure if he will start but he will definitely figure in the game

His perfomances so far have been pretty average.

We look a better team without him.

If balo was fit id play him and tevez but unfortunately it doesnt seem like he will be
 
With Wio out, it's a must.

Get him, Tevez and Silva running and Evans, and watch the goals go in.
