Could see Chelsea, Real or even Malaga dependent upon where they finish this season. His transfer fee isn't a problem, 28-35 mil tops. It's his contract. If Tottenham sign him they'll break almost all of their wage structure agreements they have in place. They don't really have the money for the squad they have now. Levy stood firm for one season hoping CL money would come back to them. But they're managing their books on success. A very dangerous game.
