I agree,we made the mistake of signing Nasri instead of Mata imo(i'm not saying Nasri is a mistake by the way.....just think Mata is far superior) we certainly don't want to let this lad go and especially to Chelsea or any Prem rival.We will regret it.

Frustrating, not only to loose out on a fantastic player, but also how we hear about Chelsea's interest in the morning, and then a few hours later the fee is agreed. A bit faster than what we are used to.

We can't have everyone. There are going to be countless players we miss out on.

Yeah I know you're right. But I don't want everyone, just the very best, and to see the best going to competing clubs is not fun at all.

Chelsea are always going to be at the table. It's only natural that they will buy players that we want, and we will buy players that they wanted.

Take Aguero for example. We got him, they wanted him.

And Hazard is beyond overrated by a bunch of fan boys that watch him grow into a Football Managing game monster (I know because I always see a comment online, he's so good on that game), and don't actually watch Ligue 1.

I watch Ligue 1 streams of the top teams regularly and I'll say Hazard is very good, but not that great. He is good enough to exploit the shit defending in that league, but then again so was Gervinho (who dare I say it, often looked better!!). If you ever watch Belgium internationally, Hazard looks pretty good, but not exceptional as he is made out to be. Also in the Champions League against defenders that are actually good, like Inter's Hazard doesn't look amazing either.

Ian McGarry is the main English source for this. Ian "Neymar is on the verge of joining United" McGarry, Ian "Roman wants Van Basten as coach and Hiddink to join him" McGarry. He seems to get a lot wrong. If he gets this right then for sure a great signing for Chelsea who seem a lot less worried about FFPR than our owners really. Cesar Azpilicueta likely to join them too.
