I used to get this argument, at least, understand why they made it. But it is really, really starting to make me cringe for them, I mean, it's awkward and I feel bad for them. (Not really feel bad hehe)

every player at united was brought through the youth system and plays for free. he'd only join us to stoke up his pension, warm the bench and ultimately ruin his career. we already have loads of wingers, united have none. he wouldnt get a game. whereas he'd play every minute at united infront of the best fans in the world and in the best stadium in the world. what more could you possibly want?
