Ederson or Hart. Who gets into the team of the decade?

I think a lot depends on what you'd call a top keeper to be honest, Hart was bought for what £100k. Now if anyone bought for more is a top keeper I can readily think of one who cost about £17 million who's forms seen him dropped quite a lot. but if you mean one who's won more Golden gloves than Hart I can't think of one.
The Golden Gloves is like the Golden Boot. You don't win it by accident or good luck.

Joe was a great goalkeeper for us and England for many years. Once it became clear that he didn’t fit in Pep’s plans his rapid decline in form was staggering. At his age he should be getting better but he has really gone backwards.

Eddie probably isn’t as good a keeper as Joe at this time but offers so much more in terms of his playmaking and distribution. He has redefined the role of a goalkeeper in this country.

Hart had 2 great seasons but once his form dipped he never got back to that level. Beaten at his near post regularly and too bothered about berating his defence/kicking the post when he conceded.

Ederson is already playing at a higher level than Hart ever did.

Ederson is the better keeper but of the deacade it has to be Hart for me. Because of how good he was for a few of our most important years of recent times and Ederson just hasn't been here long enough to be in a team of the deacade

4 golden gloves says joe hart is or was world class and up there was the best, sadly lost his way and pep wanted to go in another direction of playing out from the back, i think the problem with joe hart is he see's anything after manchester city to be 2nd rate and he knows how lucky he was to be playing in a great squad of players, and now just wants to milk the rest of his career at a lower level knowing they can never take what he did at manchester city away from him

maybe he will get another bite at the cherry if a big club believes in him ?? he still got a lot of football left in him to offer, but at clubs like burnley or west ham just will not cut it for joe he needs a challenge and lets hope he can get back to the top

I have to disagree with you in that imo golden gloves does not determine whether a keeper is wc or not. I also think Joe has had his day at the top and will not see a big club again

Golden gloves mean sweet F.A.

Put De Gea in the Fulham net and he won't get near the golden glove despite being arguably the best in the world. Yet put Karius behind Juventus' defence and it'll be clean sheets galore. The majority of goals a team concedes are ones the goalkeeper can do very little about and so the award tells you very little about a goalkeeper.
Absolutely spot on, some just dont see that though

The Golden Gloves is like the Golden Boot. You don't win it by accident or good luck.
Correct, you win both with the team supporting you.

Other than shot stopping & 1v1, what exactly was Joe good at ?

For me:

command of the box was weak
Catching was non existent
Flapping / wafting, I'll grant you
Distribution - appalling
Ball skills at his feet - none
