If an offer of 20m+ came in he wouldn't have to force his way out he would be sold straight away.
Good thing these matters are handled by someone who knows little more about football than the average Dzeko hater.
The same someone who will sell Dzeko as soon as a good chance comes a long.

He will not be here next season.

Average Dzeko hater?

Your right, it isn't right to want more than just goals from a £27m striker. It isn't right for a fan who pays out hundreds of pounds a week to go and watch the same old shit from the same player every week, it isn't right to point out his clear problems as a player and a person.

Yawn.

LOl u make it sound like he scored less then 10 goals get a grip.

I don't think the club would willingly accept the minimum, in that scenario, of £20m.

Was there not rumors when a swap for Cavani was mentioned that the club valued Dzeko at £25m?

Yet I honestly feel that if an offer of £20m+ came in for him he'd force his way out a la Suarez.

Offer that would make him to force his way out has shit all with transfer fee, only with his wages. Nobody is forcing his way out to make money for the club but for himself, lol

If right wages offer would come in I'm pretty sure he'd be happy to say goodbye. And he'd do the right thing.
Suarez is on £150k at Liverpool, hasn't discussed personal terms with any other club but wants out.

He is on 120k and Arsenal is offering him 150k. Plus he doesn't need to discuss personal terms with anyone to know that he will, as one of the best world players, get significant wage improvement wherever he moves, if he does. And play in Champions League, in clubs that have some chances of winning something etc..

In Dzeko's case it's wages and club that he feels is big enough for him.

Wow, I've never seen so much hatred for a plyer from the fans of his own team.

Dzeko does not run around like a headless chicken. You have to make intelligent runs, and he's made plenty over the years. Remember the run he made last year when Silva found him for the match winning goal? Also, if you watched the matches last year, he would often make runs and the ball would never come, instead t would get passed sideways or backwards instead of trying to play a lob or through ball.

I am more optimistic this year that the entire strikeforce will flourish this year because we will play with width and we have incoming talent that knows how to get the ball to the strikers in scoring position.

All the Dzeko haters are sick individuals who are no true fans of Man City. They accuse us of putting Dzeko ahead of the team, but I think they put themselves over the team because they desperately want to be "right" about Dzeko that they find faults with everything he does. For example, the pass from Negredo yesterday was amazing, but so was Dzeko's ability to control it and launch a tremendous shot that was simply met with a great save. 9 out of 10 times that goes in.

I'm looking forward to this season and winning the CL and the PL in the same year! Dzeko will score 20+ goals.

And this is where you need to take the blinkers off mate.

Having watched the city for over 30 years I cannot believe why so many people support this guy.I was pleased when he first came, but slowly he turned from a great bustling strength of a player to a fucking mard arse wimp, who would sooner go down looking for penalties than try and beat a man through sheer determination and power.(everyone of course blames Mancini for this)
His worst contribution (or sorry lack of it) is his work rate.If he put in a decent shift I would be able to give him more support, but long gone are the days when I stopped supporting him.
Never in my life have I seen a centre forward who has no control over a ball and the number of times he just runs into brick walls and blind alleys,is now worse.
Whether its a confidence thing I don`t know, but OK yesterday only having seen 15/20 minutes of our new lad,he did more in that partial game than Dzeko did for fucking 80 !!!
I cannot see for the life of me,him getting the nod to start with Kun and likewise I wish someone would come in with some big bucks and take him and Kolarov away from the club.

Not one person has said they HATE Dzeko. Whatever people think of Edin,to question their support for the club over a player is simply laughable.

Edin Dzeko does not work in our team.I take it you didn't see his body language yesterday. Fuck me,he looked like he'd rather be anywhere else than playing for us. He should be busting a gut to impress the new manager - true, not may got out of second gear but to say "Oh Edin was fantastic yesterday because he scored a 3 yard header and that is what he is paid to do" is just old hat. It's more than that.

Just hope Manuel sees what I see and moves him on.

If not - I will still support him, despite me not rating him.
Sorry I am not a proper blue then eh!!

Nobody is forcing you to pay, you choose to pay and you are paying to watch City not just an individual player. And what gives you or any other fan the right to abuse players at the ground as it happens quite often these days at many grounds.

Kolarov is a prime example as he had every right to say what he said to the fucking spoiled fans who just think that they can abuse a player just " because the pay hunders of pounds a week". It's funny how spoiled fans these days can throw so much abuse at the ground but when they get the same in return they come on here and cry like little btiches...

i think we should all give him a chance with pellers tactics, 2 wingers and bingo he'll get 25 goals.

seriously what game do u watch. he was tracking back and scored the fukin goal. Jesus fukin Christ do u want him to cure cancer aswell ? where u looking away when he applauded navas's pass or was he berating him ?

Fuck me,he looked like he'd rather be anywhere else than playing for us.

What else do you expect from a player who knows that first thing he'll read/hear from his own club fans is that he was shit despite yet another time scoring the goal that won his club a game.

Of course he lost his passion and is playing as professional, not the one that ejaculates playing for such twats.

He's at City because he's paid well, someone meets his wage expectations and he's gone. Simple as that. And I'd do and act exactly same on his place.

Why can't the Dzeko "fanboys" understand that the game is more than just goals.
Dzeko just doesn't do enough. I couldn't care less if he scored 10 in 5mins or whatever his stats are.
I would sooner have Aguero in my team leading the line.

I am quite frankly sick of his attitude and work rate when he plays now. Scoring goals will only appease both fans and management for so long. When you have a bad spell which everyone does that is when the rest of your game is looked at and Dzeko outside of scoring goals is pretty shocking right now.

When Aguero wasn't scoring he was still at least putting in a shift on the pitch and attempting runs and shots. Sometimes it just doesn't come off.

When Torres went through his horrible spell he still was bringing the ball down and bringing others into play, making runs with and without the ball and looking like he wanted it. He eventually got his scoring touch back and you could see how much it meant to him.

When Dzeko isn't scoring he seems completely devoid of doing anything else. Which is frightening.

Didnt watch last nights came i assume. he was tracking back and tackling.

In a friendly.

Your the biggest Dzeko fanboy of the bunch.

Anyway this season is his final chance with us.

I reckon everyone can agree with that.

Should we interpret that as if Dzeko will track back less when the game is really, really important? Do you have any logical basis for that assumption? By the same logic Negredo will be absolute shit in important games since you assume an inverted causality between work effort and importance of the game. Or does your logic only apply to Dzeko?

I still can't see how anyone can say he didn't try and track back or tackle yesterday, he was one of the better players for this I thought, even Yaya is doing it more now as it is a fundamental part of a Pellegrini team and if the players don't do it they won't play simple as. It seems like whatever Edin does certain people aren't going to give him another chance which I think as a City fan absolutely stinks, hell I dont even like the guy that much but fuck me some of you lot are so blinkered, id hate to be in the trenches with you, lets fuck him off and bring back the prolific goal scorer Castillo

Swap him plus 15m for Lewondowski.

He is not a bad player but he makes too many bad choices. We need a quick thinker like Lewondowski.

Or

Swap him plus 5 m for Saldodo. :-) screw up Spurs plans in the process.

Or

Not.
